5am Wake Up Call

Why is it that so many of the world’s most successful people get up early and get a couple hours of life – work, exercise, meditation, house chores, etc. – in before the rest of us roll out of bed? Does that make all the difference?
I didn’t wake up this morning at 5 am even though I wanted to – I didn’t even set the alarm that early. What’s holding me back from making this practice part of my daily routine? I used to get up and work out early in the morning – sometimes leaving the house at 4:30am for the gym! Am I afraid of doing it and not being successful? Or is it hard and I am avoiding something difficult. I am all about forming habits and the time it takes to make them stick. It’s time to get serious! These wise men might know a thing or two about success 🙂
“Either you run the day or the day runs you.” ~ Jim Rohn “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
“It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth and wisdom.” ~ Aristotle
